Hi, I’m the founder of Bite2Order. I’ve spent 25 years building businesses, leading teams, and—most painfully—trying to solve the daily lunch puzzle. From cafeterias in hospitals and mega-corporations, to cold meal subscriptions and food delivery apps… I’ve tried it all. It either tasted bad, arrived late, was cold, or made me question my life choices.

So, one day I thought: "I can’t cook to save my life… but maybe I can solve this problem once and for all."

Crazy? Maybe. But that’s how Bite2Order was born.

We Started With a Giant List of What NOT to Do

Then built the opposite.
We didn’t jump in with a fancy kitchen or celebrity chef. We started with a whiteboard full of frustrations:

  • Why is the chicken dry?
  • Who puts hot food next to cold drinks in a bag?
  • Why does fresh food taste like it’s from yesterday?
  • And what’s with this 45-minute delay?

We studied every broken model, every flavorless tray, and every delivery disaster. Then we flipped the script.
